• 2022-23 Late Day Information (PDF)

Late Day at Saint Edward’s School is an after-school program that offers students grades Pre-K through 8 the opportunity to remain on campus after school hours in a supervised setting. Students are divided into groups, according to their grade, to ensure a safe and fun experience. Students may participate in Jolly Roger Adventures after-school programs in conjunction with the Late Day program.

While you may not intend to use Late Day, we are asking all families to create a household account, so that your child may be added to the program in the event of an emergency.

Registration for Late Day will be available on July 15 at 5:00 p.m. All other after-school enrichment programs will be available after the start of school.

Late Day registrations will now be processed online. Click register to set up a household account or access your existing account. If you have previously registered your child in a Jolly Roger Adventure program, you will use your existing account to register for Late Day.

The school provides an afternoon snack for Late Day students. If your child has food allergies, please send a snack from home.

Little Pirates: Pre-K through 5 Class size is limited
The program includes socialization, snack, study time and iPad time in the classroom and outside play. Faculty do their best to ensure students complete their homework in Late Day; however, homework is ultimately the responsibility of the student and his/her family.

Swashbucklers: 6 through 8 Class size is limited
This program will provide a safe and enriching environment for each student, every day. Students will have the choice between monitored study group, homework lab, or free choice activities. There will be a designated “chill zone” area for students where they can relax, unwind, and enjoy some quiet time.

JRA Summer FAQs

List of 6 frequently asked questions.

  • Can I register for camp online?

Yes! We do offer online registration! A link for online registration and a summer camps catalog is made available on the JRA website in mid-March each year. You can also download the registration form from our website.
  • I can't remember what camps I registered my child for, where can I find that information?

When you completed your registration, you should have received a confirmation email with an attached invoice that outlines the programs for which your family is registered.  You can also log back into the registration platform at any time to update family information, and view current and past registrations.
  • What is the cancellation/refund policy?

We understand the fluid situation of the world and we don’t want that to stand in your way of registering for our programs. Here are some changes to our registration process:
    • We have implemented a non-refundable deposit, per application of $35, in order to reserve your camper's reservation.
    • The remaining balance of your camp tuition will be charged on April 4, 2022, and May 2, 2022, which will confirm your camper's registration. Final payment and registration lock-in date is May 2, 2022.
  • Do you offer lunch and snacks?

Each class will specify if you need to pack snacks for your child(ren). All campers receive snacks and lunch as part of their weekly session fee. The weekly lunch menu can be found on page 4 of the catalog.
  • If my child is registered for Water Camp, what do they need to bring?

    • Fitted water shoes are MANDATORY for Lagoon activities (no crocs)
      Extra Snacks
      Reusable Water Bottle
    • Swimsuit
    • Rash Guard
    • Sunscreen
    • Towel
Dry change of clothes and closed-toed shoes
  • Many camps fill their enrollments very early in the Spring. How do I know if a camp is full already and how does the waiting list process work?

If you are trying to register online and a camp is full, the system will notify you that you are being placed on a waiting list. If you are placed on a waiting list, no payment is required. If space becomes available in the camp your child is waiting on, the Jolly Roger Adventures Team will call you to see if you would still like to fill the opening or if you would prefer to pass the opening to the next person on the waiting list.
